Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Ivan Kolanovic, obrt Tenzen (“we”, “us”, or “Tenzen”) collects, uses, and protects personal data of users of the Tura.hr web application.

The controller of personal data is: Ivan Kolanovic, obrt Tenzen, contact: podrska@tura.hr.

1. Data we collect

When you register for and use the Tura.hr application, we collect the following personal data:

  1. Full name
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. Subscription and payment data (processed solely by Stripe; we do not store card data)
  5. Application usage data (cookies, analytics, log data)

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  1. Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): to provide the service, operate your user account, and process reservations
  2. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): for analytics, system security, and improving the application
  3. Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): retention for tax and accounting obligations

3. Cookies and analytics

Tura.hr uses cookies for:

  1. Maintaining your signed-in session
  2. Analytics on application use (anonymised data)
  3. Security and abuse prevention

By using the application, you consent to strictly necessary cookies. For analytics cookies we will request your consent on your first visit.

4. Payment processing — Stripe

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Tura.hr neither stores nor processes your credit or debit card details.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data may be shared only with:

  1. Stripe — for payment processing
  2. Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers — solely for storing data as needed to run the service
  3. Authorities — solely where required by law or court order

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or longer if required by legal obligations (e.g. seven years for tax-related records under Croatian law). When data are no longer required, we delete them securely.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As a data subject you have the right to:

  1. Access — request a copy of your personal data
  2. Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  3. Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  4. Data portability — request data in a machine-readable format
  5. Object — object to certain types of processing
  6. Restriction — request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Tura.hr is a business (B2B) application intended for adult users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice within the application. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
