Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Tura.hr web application, owned by Ivan Kolanovic, obrt Tenzen (“Tura.hr”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for and using the application, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Description of the service

Tura.hr is an internal web application for managing reservations intended for:

  1. Owners of boats and tourist vessels
  2. Agencies that organise boat tours
  3. Bookers and operations staff who manage reservations

The application enables tracking reservations, managing capacity, and coordinating user roles within the system.

2. User accounts and roles

There are two types of user accounts:

  1. Owner — full access to the system, including management of partners, settings, and all reservations
  2. Partner — limited access according to permissions granted by the account owner

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must report any unauthorised use of your account immediately to podrska@tura.hr.

3. Registration and conditions of use

To use the application you must:

  1. Be a legal entity or natural person of full age engaged in tourism activities
  2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration
  3. Use the application only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription and payment

Tura.hr is offered as a subscription service (SaaS). Subscription prices are available on Tura.hr. Payment is processed via the Stripe platform. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and may include VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Refunds: If technical issues on our side prevent you from using the service, we will consider refund requests in accordance with applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  1. Use the application for unlawful purposes or activities
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other users’ data
  3. Transfer, sell, or grant account access to third parties without our approval
  4. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract data from the system
  5. Enter false, inaccurate, or misleading information

6. Ownership of data

All business data you enter into Tura.hr (reservations, clients, schedules) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-transferable licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting podrska@tura.hr.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the application available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend the system for maintenance and will notify users in advance wherever reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tura.hr is not liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the application
  2. Damage caused by loss of data due to technical failure or force majeure
  3. Omissions or errors in user-entered data

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may amend these Terms and the functionality of the application. For material changes to the Terms we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Tura.hr may suspend or revoke access where these Terms are breached, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

After you stop using the service, your data will be retained for an additional 30 days (for possible recovery) and then permanently deleted.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The parties will seek an amicable resolution of any dispute arising in connection with Tura.hr. If no amicable settlement is reached, the competent courts of the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
